Requesting a return
Email [email protected] with your order reference and the reason for your request. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, include photos where possible so we can review the problem.
Before sending an item back
Please contact us before shipping a return. We will review your request and provide return instructions. Any applicable return shipping cost will be explained before you send the item back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when supported. The time for a refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
